Cypripedium montanum    ( Mountain ladyslipper )

Depiction: Flowers asymmetrical 1-3 per plant; flower bracts brown and half the size of leaves; petals 3, two which are brown, 4-5cm long and twisted, and the third forming the lip; sepals 3, upper one erect and bottom two completely fused forming a single body. Lip (third petal) of flower white with slipper-like structure and purple veins at the base.
